Returns and Exchanges
Unused and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged for a refund or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping costs. If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 72 hours in order to receive credit. Damaged items returned after 72 hours cannot be returned. Please send us an email at customerservice@allmomsgotoheaven.com with "Return" or "Exchange" in the title and we will send you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions for your return. All orders are shipped within 24 business hours. In the event that an item is backordered you will be notified within 24 business hours.

Product Availability
We do our best to keep our inventory updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If an item that you are ordering is backordered, All Moms Go To Heaven will contact you. You will have the choice of ordering something different, canceling your backorder, or waiting for your shipment. Backorders are generally shipped with in 14 days.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available. When purchasing a gift certificate, we will notify your recipient by email or by US Mail with a card - Please choose the method of your choice at the checkout. No cash back will be given. Shop

Sales Tax
All orders from Missouri will be charged 7.075% sales tax.
